All users felt comfortable making offers and purchasing products through both options. They appreciated the flexibility of the "Offer" feature, allowing them to negotiate prices. The "Buy Now" flow was straightforward and didn't pose any issues.
Understandability Confirmation
5 users understood the purpose and usage of features like pre-bidding and product pinning. However, 1 user needed clearer explanations, indicating a need for more accessible tooltips or onboarding.
Testing Result Summary
In summary, based on user testing with 6 participants, the STREETMARK app demonstrated a positive user experience overall, with minor areas of improvement related to feature discoverability and clarity. These insights will be valuable for further refining the app's UI/UX design to better meet user expectations and preferences.
