User Flow Validation

5 out of 6 users found the journey from exploring products to making a purchase to be intuitive and user-friendly. They appreciated the clear product listings and categorization.

Interaction Design Assessment

All 6 users praised the simplicity and effectiveness of key interactions, such as following sellers and placing bids. 1 user suggested more prominent call-to-action buttons in certain areas to enhance user engagement.

Usability Evaluation

Most participants had a smooth experience, with a few (2 users) reporting minor challenges in finding specific features like finding specific categories, filtering options and settings.

Interest in Live Streams:

Across the board, users expressed a high level of interest in the live stream feature. They found it engaging to watch and participate in live shows. The "Upcoming" tab was particularly useful for discovering upcoming live events.

Feedback on Offer and Buy Now Flows

All users felt comfortable making offers and purchasing products through both options. They appreciated the flexibility of the "Offer" feature, allowing them to negotiate prices. The "Buy Now" flow was straightforward and didn't pose any issues.

Understandability Confirmation

5 users understood the purpose and usage of features like pre-bidding and product pinning. However, 1 user needed clearer explanations, indicating a need for more accessible tooltips or onboarding.

Testing Result Summary

In summary, based on user testing with 6 participants, the STREETMARK app demonstrated a positive user experience overall, with minor areas of improvement related to feature discoverability and clarity. These insights will be valuable for further refining the app's UI/UX design to better meet user expectations and preferences.
